Experienced our first of this great tuna while visiting Garibaldi some 30+years ago! Walked into a seafood store at a cannery and met a crazy guy named Jimmy who asked if we were familiar with his tuna and then he opened a can and gave us each a fork and told us to snack on it while he showed us how it was canned and cooked and we were hooked! The business has changed hands since then but we are still buying that same albacore and it is our sole source of the greatest tasting albacore for all these years! Keep it coming!
