These Pacific oysters are grown in South Slough & Coos Bay Oregon, in a protected estuarine reserve. After 3 years they are harvested fresh and brined with brown sugar, sea salt and spices and smoked in a traditional smokehouse over native Alderwood coals. Ingredients: Pacific oysters cured in a brine of brown sugar, sea salt and spices and smoked over natural Alderwood coals. No water, oil or preservatives.
Cases are 24 cans. Half cases are 12 cans.

We offer Dungeness Crab when there is a fresh supply from our processor, typically once a year in February/March. Due to high demand, we usually sell out in just a few days.
