Sockeye salmon is exceptionally rich in omega-3 fatty acids, specifically EPA and DHA, which are crucial for maintaining heart health by reducing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing risk factors for disease. I love this beautiful colored salmon in my salads. My doctor gave me the Oregon Choice Website as he asked me to quit eating my regular grocery store Salmon. He personally had Oregon Choice tested and eats it exclusively himself. He was worried about the mercury content I was getting in my grocery store Salmon. The quality and taste are so superior that I’ve never gone back. To this day, Dr. Bergen will randomly test this product every 12-18 months and let’s his patients know in his newsletter that it’s still safe! The same is true of their tuna which is so good also! Been a customer for years!!!
