Oregon is famous for Dungeness Crab, and it is one of the most highly sought after seafoods. Dungeness crab is to Oregon what lobster is to Maine.
We offer Dungeness Crab when there is a fresh supply from our processor, typically once a year in January or February. Due to high demand, we usually sell out quickly.
Packed with water, salt and citric acid (to preserve color).
Please note that these are 4 oz of crab meat in a 6 oz can, packed in water (with citric acid) to prevent browning. Drain before serving.

We became dedicated consumers during a tour of the canning plant, led by “Jimmy”, the owner, many years ago. He handed my wife and i an opened can of albacore and two forks and we ate it while he led us around the plant. He was a kick in the pants and the tuna is still beyond comparison.
