These petite pink shrimp are caught sustainably by local West Coast fishermen in the deep, cold ocean waters off the coasts of Oregon and Washington and are canned in Coos Bay, OR.
The delicate clean and crisp flavor make these perfect for salads, appetizers and shrimp cocktails.
Ingredients: Pacific Pink Shrimp, water, sea salt and citric acid (to prevent browning).
MSC certified and packed in non-BPA cans.
For a true Oregon Shrimp Cocktail, combine ketchup and horseradish and add to one drained can of Pacific Pink Shrimp.
Please note that these are approximately 2 oz. (drained weight) shrimp per can and packed in water (with citric acid) to prevent browning. Drain before serving.

Oregon is famous for Dungeness Crab, and it is one of the most highly sought after seafoods. Dungeness crab is to Oregon what lobster is to Maine.
We offer Dungeness Crab when there is a fresh supply from our processor, typically once a year in January or February. Due to high demand, we usually sell out quickly.
Packed with water, salt and citric acid (to preserve color).
Please note that these are 4 oz of crab meat in a 6 oz can, packed in water (with citric acid) to prevent browning. Drain before serving.
Half cases are 12 cans, cases are 24 cans.

From our friend and local honey farmer Henry Storch. Oso Honey Farm brings varietal honeys harvested from the heart of the Willamette Valley to the coastal tidelands of the Yaquina River Estuary. Beekeeper Henry Storch has been gathering and breeding locally adapted honeybees for over a decade in the remote parts of the Oregon Coast Range. These PNW adapted bees make earlier honey crops by working in the cool and damp conditions found in the region. Henry works with local farmers to pollinate crops that produce unique varietal honeys to compliment the wildflower honeys harvested in the Coast Range.

Wild Blackberry– Location: Yaquina
Our lightest honey harvested in mid July from the banks of the Yaquina River from Elk City to the lower reaches of the Estuary. Three different species of non-native blackberry combine to make this crisp clean honey with the classic blackberry cinnamon spiciness.
Pumpkin– Location: Corvallis
A dark honey harvest late August from Smith and Kiger islands South of Corvallis. Bees foraged on an heirloom Gill Brothers squash variety, “Golden Delicious,” being grown for the snack market. Strong flavored honey with candy corn and dried fruit flavors that finish with a tamarind tartness.

Crooked Creek Birch Syrup is sustainably harvested from the snowy boreal forests of Kasilof, Alaska. our small batch syrup is a true delicacy.
For three intense weeks in early spring, our team carefully taps the majestic Alaska Birch trees (Betula neoalaskana) to collect the precious sap. We then transform it into the unique and flavorful Alaska birch syrup that you’ll find in every bottle.
It’s a labor of love – with 110 gallons of birch sap required to create just one gallon of birch syrup, but we believe it’s worth every drop, as it captures the essence of Alaska in its taste.
Birch syrup has a beautifully complex taste that pairs well with savory foods as well as sweet. It has a much different flavor than maple but can be used similarly. We enjoy a splash of it mixed with unsweetened soda water as a “healthy soda.” It can also be used as a drizzle or marinade for fish and veggies or used straight on pancakes or waffles. It is less sweet than maple syrup with more of a savory, molasses-like taste.
