A smoked treat harvested fresh in Coos Bay, OR and smoked the old-fashioned way in a traditional smokehouse.
These Pacific oysters are grown in South Slough, Coos Bay, Oregon in a protected estuarine reserve. After 3 years they are harvested fresh and brined with brown sugar, sea salt and spices and smoked in a traditional smokehouse over native Alderwood coals.
Ingredients: Pacific oysters cured in a brine of brown sugar, sea salt, olive oil and spices & smoked over natural Alderwood coals.
MSC certified. Non-BPA cans.
Cases are 24 cans. Half cases are 12 cans.
