A smoked treat harvested fresh in Coos Bay, OR and smoked the old-fashioned way in a traditional smokehouse. These are smoked oysters done the right way!
These Pacific oysters are grown in South Slough & Coos Bay Oregon, in a protected estuarine reserve. After 3 years they are harvested fresh and brined with brown sugar, sea salt and spices and smoked in a traditional smokehouse over native Alderwood coals.
Ingredients: Pacific oysters cured in a brine of brown sugar, sea salt and spices and smoked over natural Alderwood coals. No water, oil or preservatives.
Cases are 24 cans. Half cases are 12 cans.
